We currently have two luxury suites avaible for rental that can booked seperatly or adjoining. 

Gong Suite:  Provides a lovely two room suite with two seperate beds.  The primary bedroom has a King Bed and sitting room with forest view.  The adjoining room has a basic kitchen an second sitting area with sofa bed, basic kitchen and full bath.   This spacious suite is great for a romantic getaway or family.  (Accomodates up to four people.) 

Family Suite:   This large open-plan suite provides two bedrooms, large open plan living room and dining area for large families to stretch out.  The primary bedroom has a large king bed and sofa bed with sliding glass door to deck.  The secondary bunk  house bedroom  provides two double beds with two upper bunks. Each bedroom full ensuite bathrooms.  This spacious 2,500 square foot suite provides a full kitchen with dishwasher, in suite laundry, large dining and living area with fireplace  that has double french doors that open onto a partialy covered deck for perfect indoor and outdoor living. This layout makes it perfect for two families sharing or large group  gathering. (Accomodates up to Eight people.) 

Gong Suite and Family Suite  can be booked to join with the Gong suite to provide a multi famiy getaway.

With permission, we will also  allow  one recreational vehicles  or tent with pre-approval.  (Additionall per person charges of $25 will apply).  All guests must comply with local noise bylaws. Pond areas is closed after sunset and no outside noise allowed after 11pm. 

The owners suite is on the first level and noise bylaws will be strictly enforce

 We offer a catered menu for seminar guests and can also provide a list of preferred caterers. 

Mychosen Cafe,  Mychosen Pizza (Delivers) , The Broken paddlec coffee shop  and local grocery store are available in Metchosin village center which is about five minutes away.  Langford is about a 15 minute drive and  there is a wide selection of restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters and shops there.

We are dog lovers and Hidden Pond is a dog-friendly resort.  However, all pets must be registered  at time of booking and we reserve the right to deny pets if it does not work for other guests on site.  An extra pet fee is due at time of booking.  All pet owners are fully responsible for any damages that are incurred by their pet. Any pets shoud not be left in room unattended unless crated. (Owners will be expected to deal quickly with any noise disturbances.)
