Hidden Pond is fully booked for weddings and events through Summer 2026. Our calendar will reopen in May 2026 for 2027 bookings. We encourage couples and event organizers to connect with us early, as dates fill quickly.

• Simple rental base fee – reserve the venue and take charge of planning your day
   
• DIY freedom – bring in your own vendors, caterer, or décor team
   
• Optional coordination support – let us step in to help with logistics or full event coordination, based on your needs
   

Most couples choose Hidden Pond because they love the ability to craft a wedding or event that feels uniquely personal. Whether you’re dreaming of a relaxed outdoor wedding, an elegant family gathering, or a creative retreat, our team is here to support you — as much or as little as you’d like. 

Thursday – Monday: $6,900 + PST & GST
