We try to create a flexible and fun venue for weddings and events and will work with you to help you create your perfect day. Our  rental fees includes a  base cost for rental with flexibility to coordinate as much or as little of your services yourself.  We find most clients choose Hidden Pond as they like to be able to have flexibility to create a personal event. You can choose to coordinate vendors yourself or engage our services to coordinate on your behalf based on your budget and personal style. We are here to help if and when you need it.

Base costs include use of Gong Suite (sleeps up to 4 people),Two bedroom  Family suite with full kitchen (sleeps up to 8 people), lower covered deck , fire pit, under deck lounge (ideal for sit down receptions) and parking area for reception, outdoor bathroom, lower parking lot, hot tub, Gardens, swimming pond, private beach, orchard and forest trails.
